Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 94 g liquid egg whites
- 2 tbsp peanut butter {or nut butter of choice}
- ground cinnamon
- vanilla extact

Instructions
- Add 1.5 cups of cauliflower rice and milk to a pot and bring to a low boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer and add in the remaining ingredients.
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is cooked through and has softened.
